* Tom Hutchinson teaches at Lancaster University in the institute for English Language Education, where he is mainly concerned with teacher training courses.
* Tom Hutchinson taught in schools for a number of years and has giben teacher training seminars in many countries around the world. In 1986 he was awarded the Duke of Edinburghs English Language prinze for Project English.
* Tom Hutchinson is married and has four children.
Project English is a three year English course which takes young teenagers from beginner to intermediate level.
